One of the best I've used

One of the best Calisthenics programs I've used. Seems to really suit me.

Everyone who trains should have this one

I've got all of the Kavadlo brothers' books, I love all of them and I read them regularly. They're all very thorough and professional. "Next Level Strenght" blew me away. It has got absolutely everything one needs to fullfil their dream of being stronger and better. It's a great source of inspiration in my work as a personal trainer. I will definitely use all of this knowledge in my own trainings, too.

Outstanding!

I work from home and am a bit of a minimalist, so I was interested in a challenging bodyweight exercise program I could do with limited equipment and time requirements, and Next Level Strength is exactly what I was looking for and more! The program and progressions as outlined in the book take all the guesswork out of learning new skills on rings and parallettes. I'm much stronger than when I started, and my mobility and flexibility are much improved!Highly recommend this book to anyone looking to learn new skills while improving their level of fitness.
